Really? Lower abdominal or higher up? If it’s higher up you probably have an ulcer (which I do as well but they’ve been normal lately since mine are stage 4 ulcers I generally take meds for it when it acts up) but lower abdominal isn’t normal for me. I’ve never experienced this before… and I have a phobia of puking which makes this whole thing worse. :c I just want it to stop but I’m terrified of the doctors and everything… man I’m just like my mum with illnesses and problems this sucks.
